Hybrid of Cattleya Chocolate drop x Natisiri beauty.

Cat. Chocolate drop is a primary hybrid between Cattleya guttata and Cattleya aurantiaca. The flowers are exceptional and very heavily textured and shiny. They are chocolate brown-red flowers with white-pink lips.

It is good to remove the dried sheathing from pseudobulbs to prevent buildup of moisture in Cattleya. The removal of the sheath also provides more surface for photosynthesis and reduce the insects.
